A wide variety of presses are on site, ranging from a 3 tonne Hand Press to a 700 tonne Power Press. Our Plant includes several large bed presses with coil feed capability. DRB has the ability to handle metal in the form of either Coil, Strip or Blank. A wide range of metals are used - Mild and Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Phosphor-Bronze, Coated Steels etc.. Volume components can be in the form of Blanks, Formed components, Deep Drawn components or Welded assemblies. DRB also undertake a large proportion of tooling maintenance in-house so as to sustain quality standards.

DRB Engineering's technical planning personnel ensure that they can take full advantage of our advanced manufacturing techniques. By making relatively minor design changes we can often realise significant economies at the same time as achieving optimum component performance.

Our computer system will also schedule material and machine capacity to make certain that customers receive their components 'just in time', with all the resultant savings that brings.
